Introduction
Pro-Africa Technologies offers contractual IT systems support to any company that hires IT services. Our preventative maintenance portfolio has the standard package for up to 10 computers, the professional package for 11 - 50 computers and the premium package for 50+ computers with three months warranty in all cases. During those three months our company will be fixing any problem defined in our preventative maintenance activity menu FOR FREE. During the next three months after the warranty normal terms and conditions of service apply. It is a good practice to undertake major preventative maintenance at least twice a year. Remember, "prevention is cheaper than cure"
What is Preventative Maintenance?
Computer System Preventive Maintenance (CSPM) is a very critical aspect of any successful IT operation and we always stress its importance! No matter what efforts are taken, computers will still malfunction, laptops will ‘crash’, servers will go offline, networks will become unavailable, the PC will take ages to respond, start-up will take ages etc. at times you least expect.
